Bespoke control panels
We can make bespoke control panels for your needs. In this example we produced a panel that alternated dual pumps so that the pumps wore at the same rate. If a pump eventually fails then the one remaining pump stayed on and a fault light illuminated.
LED Lighting
A local printing company that we frequently work for had metal halide lighting. This type of lighting was the best at the time to install, but it uses a lot of power, take a while warming up to full brightness and if the lights are turned off for any reason they take a further 10 minuets to come back on.
The lights in the warehouse were 400 watt, and we replaced these with 200 watt LED lowbay lights. These have a crisp white light that when measured gave out 80% more light(as you can see from the before and after photo above). These also have an instant on, with no warm up or cool down time. They come with a 5 year guarantee and an expected 50000 hour life(this should give around 19 years of 10 hour days).
We also replaced the lights along the storage area with 140 watt leds, again brighter and perfectly adequate for the situation.
In summary we dropped the power consumption by 58% and the yearly running costs by £1346 per year. this giving a payback 2.4 years and increasing the light levels by 80%
Cluster Lighting
We installed this beautiful cluster light in a café in Wells Somerset. It creates an instant talking point and filled an otherwise dull area of the café.
Wells is well known for its character and this café after renovation by us fitted in perfectly. this was supplied by the customer but we have made similar
bespoke cluster lights to customers requirements.
Tithe Barn
This ancient monument had been used as a store for many years, we were asked to rewire the building and install lighting to highlight it's amazing features. All wiring installed out of view. We also installed emergency lighting as the building was likely to be used by the public.
LED Back Lighting
This handmade kitchen dresser was made by a local company in Fonthill Bishop. We added a LED back light. This gave a really nice ambient light to the room, set on its own dimmer switch the customer had full control. Making an already amazing piece of furniture an amazing part of the house.
MESSUMS Art Gallery
Messums Art Gallery Tisbury Wiltshire
This project consisted of converting an office into an art gallery. The old lights were removed carefully and given back to the customer for future use as they were still in good working order. The new tenants required Euro Track Lighting to be installed. This high end lighting solution gave a neat finish to the project. The LED light fittings were adjustable and quickly positioned to light the art work within the gallery. The track lighting was suspended using high tension wire that made it blend in with the ceiling. Old sockets and data points were removed or repositioned to new locations.
