We offer electrical testing and certification for your electrical installation. As an NICEIC approved contractor we can provide certification that is recognised by all insurance companies.
If you are a landlord then you have legal obligations to ensure the installation is safe for your tenants. The installation needs to be tested at a minimum of every 5 years. A copy of the certificate should then be given to the tenants within 28 days. For further information click here
